Gou Qi Zi usually comes dried, much like raisins, and can be used in many of the same ways. This includes snacking on these berries alone, adding them to trail mix, or sprinkling over your favourite breakfast cereal or porridge. 

You could even try adding these berries to your baking, for example, try switching them for blueberries to make goji berry muffins. You can plump up your berries before use by simmering them in water for 5–10 minutes.


They also come as a powder which can be added to smoothies, juices, or any other dish. For best results, you should consume a small amount of fat at the same time as your goji berries to help your body to absorb their nutrients.
