Yiren Me , Jueming Zi , Black Beans , Chenpi

Generally speaking, when you eat too much oily, fatty or heavy food, your body takes a lot of time and energy to digest it. Your metabolism slows down causing you to gain weight. It also leaves your liver, spleen and kidneys struggling to keep up, and you ended up feeling bloated, windy and hot. All of this results in weight gain.

Here are 4 key ingredients to assist you in your weight loss journey:

  • Yiren Me – helps clean excess moisture within your body, boost your metabolism and purge toxins from your system. It works to bolster the function of your spleen.
  • Jueming Zi – reduces heat and cleanses body fluids, it naturally focuses on the liver and lymphatic system. It also acts as a fat burning booster.
  • Black Beans – rich in selenium these play a role in your liver enzyme function, detoxifying and reducing any inflammation. These also work to ease water retention and are great for your hair. Black beans also contain hormone boosting properties which also makes then a natural anti- ageing food.
  • Chenpi – helps your body’s natural network function properly and prevents your blood flow from slowing down or being obstructed.
